Q: What are your hours?
A: As of February 1, 2026 our hours are as follows:
Tuesday- Friday 12pm-8pm and Saturday's 11am- 4pm
Q: Do I need an appointment to make a candle?
A: You can come pour a candle anytime, we are a walk-in pour your own candle bar! Find out more about pouring your own candle and having a private workshop here: https://lunar-rei-candle-co.myshopify.com/products/private-pour-party-workshop
Q: What is your phone number and where is the store?
A: 716-202-8779 you can call or text this number to get a hold of us during business hours. We are located next to The Grange Outpost and Fattey beer at: 4230 N. Buffalo Street, Orchard Park, NY 14127
Q: How long does it take for my order to arrive?
A: Orders will be sent out in the order that they were received. We know how exciting it is to receive packages so we will ship out as soon as possible! Please note custom orders may take longer due to our candles being hand poured in small batches!
Q: What's in your candles besides a whole lot of love and healing?
A: Lunar Rei only uses "clean scents," which means we care what is being burned and don't use any harmful ingredients which include phthalate free fragrance oils free of endocrine disruptors. We use cotton wicks, and mostly soy wax but also use other natural waxes like beeswax or coconut wax.
Q: What is your return policy?
A: While we don't accept returns for burned candles, we will gladly work with you to make sure you are completely satisfied! Please reach out to us at LunarReiCandle@gmail.com and we will get back to you as soon as possible!
Q: Oh no, you're out of the candle I wanted! Will they be back in stock?
A: Some scents are seasonal and are made in limited quantities. Please let us know if there is something specific you love and we can see what we can do!

A: We love custom orders! Please send us a message on what you're looking for and let's make magic!
